Kai has taken to coming home from school and drawing out elaborate worksheets (like the ones he has to do at school). Then he tries to make us do homework! He also gets really wound up trying to get us to color pages in his books. And then he leaves the room when we start. Then he comes back periodically to check on "how we are doing".

I've been quite remiss in posting lately. Life has been very full as of late.

To recap a bit... awhile back we went to Houston (before Julie Got laid off). While there, we stopped off at a Denny's for lunch. As we sat waiting for our food, this happened outside the restaurant. It looks really close, but we were at a reasonably safe distance ( Read more... )
