Ornithocracy this weekend. Bryony and I crewed the play test last year, so in one sense this is the first 'proper' game, even though the playtest was basically canon and a full game.
Crewing this one looks set to be very busy from my point of view. Davoul has cunningly sent out briefings in advance to the crew, which means I know how many roles I'm down to play and it is going to be a lot of costume changes. Some of those roles are quite combative, so I am planning to mention to people that I am less grapple safe than usual, as I don't fancy causing yet more amusing damage to my back. Chiropractor yesterday made a number of adjustments and repaired some of the damage, but the muscle spasming meant he couldn't get to all of it without using so much pressure it might break my ribs.
On a larp-related tangent, I have just had my second meeting in two days with a prospective customer. In each meeting he has told me they are 'reasonable people'. It has been most distracting when trying to negotiate terms to have to restrain laughter and thinking about kick-off signals.
