A Night To Remember written by Walter Lord is about the final hours of the H.M.S Titanic. I had read this book back in the mid-70's for a book report. Even though I knew the basics of the story I had decided to give it another read once again for the 2018 Ultimate Reading Challenge.

I Heard The Owl Call My Name is written by Magaret Craven was written in 1967 and was first published by Clarke Irwin and Co. Ltd in Toronto, ON. The edition I picked up is a Totem edition published in 1975 by Pan Books Ltd.

So for this weeks 2018 Ultimate Reading Challenge I've decided to go with Michael Crichton's Eaters of the Dead. It's the basis of the movie "The 13th Warrior" starring Antonio Banderas about a poet sent into exile and he then joins up with a band of Norsemen on a quest to slay a beast that uses the mist to attack.

This was the book I had chosen as my third week assignment of "A Book Published Over a 100 Years Ago" and it was an excellent re-read. Though, I did get a copy of the book that someone had made notes all throughout it, so it was good to see someone's else insight on the novel at hand.
