Introspection
Things have been all right lately. Actually, I don't know. Right now everyone is starting to study for NEWTS, I guess. And I really shouldn't be jealous of them- and I thought I'd adjusted to this whole- idea- about not being in school and not finishing but it's still hard after all this time.
It doesn't help that I think I thought that once this year was over- we'd have everything figured out and we could go back to normal right away this summer. And things never work out neatly like that, do they? So it feels like we're going no where at all- and I don't want to think about Parvati everyone being out there before it's fixed.
The hardest part is just trying to guess where he's hid things- because it's not like there's some handy guide to the life of You-Know-Who that helpfully tells us places he thought were important. I wish Harry'd thought to bring Hermione along with him on all his little lessons- I'm sure she would have figured something out by now.
Happy Birthday, Parvati! I wish I were there to skive off with you, but I'm sure you'll do fine on your own.
