He lets Jo takes the bottle without protest, silent as she speaks, then takes a drink as it's returned. He glances toward her when she lays her head on his shoulder, realizing she should probably slow down on the drinking.]
It is better for him to be at home.
[He just reiterates what he'd said before and what Jo just did, because thinking too much about this something he just can't do at the moment. It hasn't quite hit him just yet.]
