Writing and fandom stuff.
So, I'm writing, writing, writing. And also editing like whoa, because my posting day for seasonal_spuffy is in, precisely, a week.
Part of me wants to run around the room, screaming in panic and smashing my head into things--only that might slow down the writing process, and that Cannot Happen. Especially as I'm FINALLY over the major writing hump of the middle of this story and heading into the build up to the climax. So Very Happy about this.
Because DUST takes place in Season 4, it also confronts some issues from Season 4--so I'm curious, Spuffy fans: what are some of the things about S4 that puzzled you? Felt like they weren't fully developed? Threads that were dumped or left dangling or not resolved to your satisfaction? I ask because inspiration is a good thing, and I like trying to resolve things like that. I can't promise that I will, but you might give me some ideas for directions to go in.

Very recently I've discovered the Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland fandom, in particular Hatter/Alice fic. I'm a long time fan of Alice in Wonderland (and other stories that mirror it, like, yes, Labyrinth), and there's something about the Hatter/Alice ship that mirrors many of my other favorite ships. I've devoured most of the fic available over in the Pit (FF.net), and am now in the mood for more. So if anyone out there reads in that fandom, I'd love some recs for long, in character, plotty Alice/Hatter fic.
