I've been busy, interspersed with exhausted, but generally in a good way. My allergies, which had been on haitus since arriving in Sunny California, returned with a vengeance about two weeks ago, knocking me flat. The usual course of perscription and over-the-counter drugs have propped me up again, but it's meant missing karate (my primary exercise) and eliminating biking to work (my secondary exercise, when it's not raining). Work is interesting, enjoyable, and fulfilling, though it has eaten up more of my time than I expected. Bryn and I are well, as always, although she's a saint for putting up with my tenancies toward clutter. My social life is subdued but existant, which is about all I can ask of it, given my lack of free time.
In the vein of yesterday's post, I'll point to a few interesting links. First off, you can (sorta) mix your own version of Daft Punk's "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger" with
iDaft, which kept me amused far longer than I'd anticipated. I've been living under a rock for a couple years, or I might have noticed that this has spawned some
interesting user-created
videos, although I do like the
Alive 2007 version of the song better.
Anyhow. Back to the grind.
