Delenn 786 You make a very interesting observation about Alex's personality and that is all that I shall say about that...:) As to Mr. and Mrs. Purcell giving Alex (a 17 year old as you said) the deed, they really don't care too much about what happens to that club, do they? They've always just let the Davises do what they wish as long as it didn't start costing them money. Also, Alex had discussed what he was planning on doing with the club which is why his parents looked so surprised when he started haggling for Lily.

Obviously I was distracted by HBP but I've finished it now and so I can get back to writing. I've written ch 2 and have sent it off for beta-ing so hopefully it will be up soon.

If she had a brain she would...well, I'm guessing you've already read ch 2 but in case you haven't, Graci is a complex character and she desperately seeks the love and attention from her parents. Family is the one bond that she would never break for anything...or almost anything.

Some guy you don't know I'm glad you liked the story so far. I'm always afraid that my readers will think that the story line is too cliche or too cheesy. None of my friends, except for the ones I've met on ff.net, read or write fan fiction either. I'm the only dork of the group, but I'm a proud dork! It's very much their loss. My favorite story I think is good enough to be published.
The Big DanceI'm glad that you liked it! It's good that you've got a good hold of who Alex is and the way that he can use and manipulate people because that is very important to the story. He's very good at manipulating people to make them do what he wants them to do. Thanks for being my first reviewer! I love all people who review.
