the other day
i was loooking at some old entries again, and i realized i need to update more often or else i won't have shit to look back on 2 years from now. soooo yea here's what's been going on:
- yesterday i wrote my final for my summer school course. im really glad im all done. it hasn't taken that much time out of my summer, but the past few weeks have been a bit worse compared to the beginning of summer. but anyways it's out of the way! woot.
- last WEEKEND i had a bbq. it was great, 25 ppl showed up. thanks to everyone who came and thanks for helping. i hope everyone had a great time. it was really fun. good food too!
- it's been almost a month since my birthday passed, and i haven't done anything 19+ ish. is that sad? i guess ill do something soon, im in no rush.
- work is almost over. i must say the past 3 months have gone by really fast, work-wise. i haven't gotten sick of work yet in comparison to sport mart last summer. and that was only 2 months. but yea, im excited to go back to the branch (if i get shifts). working full time isn't that much fun, especially if you have to sit in a cubicle. im excited for school!
- i got my schedule for school last week, i want to make some changes so nothing is finalized yet. ill put it up i guess when i make the changes. im really looking forward to school. im not sure why, im almost certain ill be bitching and complaining about it once it starts. but i guess it's a comfort thing. im also looking forward to the winter for some strange reason. i never do, hope i can enjoy the cold weather this year!
- the new business building is almost done! im excited for new classrooms, new lounge areas. im a nerd. how many of you guys have a best buy and a canadian tire in your business building? haha we do. not that im proud of it, but it's different. woot. if you ever go downtown, it's at dundas and bay, so lookout for it!
- haven't seen any good movies lately. a bit dissapointed. i guess the only thing im looking forward to now is SPIDERMAN 3 BITCHES, and the dark knight =D
- today i went downtown with my sis to get my rancid tickets. dan is going to come with me on september 2nd. it's at kool haus. im actually excited for this show BECAUSE it's really my first real "punk" show (yes all you haters who don't think rancid is punk, can fuck off). it will be very different, crowd-wise and music-wise! they're doing a different set list every night and they're even going to play some op ivy stuff!!! fucking awesome. along with some of lars & the bastards material. i hope the show is good. my first concert in a while, since april.
