Went to the Y today. Lest anyone confuse necessity with virtue, I only managed it because the knees have been doing that little warning back-bend that they do when I haven't been hitting the gym enough.
- stationary bike, 15min @ levels 9-11
- full set of stretches
- pushups, 10 @ ~35°
- prone hamstring, 5min @ 50#
- pushups, 10 @ ~35°
- leg extension, 3min @ 35#
- pushups, 10 @ ~35°
- plank, 45 seconds
- lower back, 5min @ 135-130#
Kind of a wussy workout? Well, yes. But given how much trouble I had dragging myself out of bed to get there at all, I'll take it.
Something went "pop" in my back during that last exercise; I had to stop and stretch a bit to figure out if it was a good "pop" or a bad "pop". I think it was good. Now if the other side would just pop to match....
