- bench press, 3 sets of 10 @ 50+#
- prone hamstring, 5min @ 56.25#
- inverted sit-ups, highest angle, 10 twisting & 20 straight
- triceps, 5min @
- leg extensions, 3min @ 35#
- lower back, 5min @ 125-140#
All in all, it would have been a pretty good workout, if only people hadn't kept turning off the fans. As it was, it kinda sucked. But at least I went.
