Made it to the Y today, eventually.

- 45 minutes of racquetball. The shoulder seemed to tolerate it fine, although I avoided any left-handed power-shots. No great loss, as they usually don't work out well anyway.

- bicep curl, 5 min, 35 pounds
- rotary torso, 50 pounds, 10 reps each side at 75 degrees, 10 reps each side at 90 degrees
- prone hamstring, 5 min, 62.5 pounds
- triceps, 5 min, 55 pounds
- quad press, 5 min +50 pounds
- lower back, 5 min, 115 pounds

I feel pretty good -- the back definitely appreciated getting a proper work-out -- but I can already feel my neck knotting up. Icy Hot and ibuprofen for me before bed, I suspect.
