I got home from Ikea late last night and while I was changing into my pjs I noticed an odor coming from the laundry basket. Upon futher inspection it became clear that one of our darling cats peed in our dirty clothes basket. Miko came home earlier tonight! She is back from her three day adventure safe and sound, my guess is that someone had her in their house because she seemed too clean&dry for having been out in the rain all that time. What ever the case, we are just happy to have her back home ( Read more... )

Logan is at the vet getting fixed today and I just got a call from the vet to say that they could only find one of his testicles and that they need to do surgery to go in and find the other one. This will be a longer, more invasive, and more expensive process. Poor little man! I hope he is ok...

Miko has been our little escape artist lately but at least when she gets out she stays fairly close and will come when you call her or when she is done with her adventure. Logan is an entirely different story, he snuck out the other day @ mid-day when it was 91 and humid and would not come back. He becomes this wild feral beast the minute he steps ( Read more... )
