2 weeks off from the gym

I went back to the gym for the first time in 2 weeks. I left strong as a horse and came back weak as a veal calf. I can push up weight but it is shaky. The good news is I used the grippers today and my hands are still strong. They may even be stronger since they had a chance to heal.
