Today I've decided not to respond to things that aren't directly asked to me. This is really hilarious in my job as we're supposed to make the customer feel important and when they say things like, "I think thats a high rate" we're supposed to jump in and say, "well let me see if i can lower that for you". or if they say "I guess I better start shopping for another credit card...." we should say, "well we would hate to lose your business." today instead i say, "did you have any questions I can answer?" I like this. They get mad because i'm not responding to their passive agressive comments, they need to learn to ask for what they want like everyone else in this world, and let it begin with me.
California was amazing. We had so much fun, we never wanted to come home (everyone told us that would happen). So for more details you'll have to come visit me or call me becuase its too much to write in this thing. I did get a 3rd degree sunburn on my neck with blisters, its really hot.
