A couple of weeks ago the health clinic called and told me I needed to see the nurses for some sort of appointment. I feel like I just hit this wall and I am ready to fall over from exhaustion.

I think I'm going to crawl into bed at 8 p.m.

I really hate this "getting dark by 6 p.m." thing because by 6:01, I'm ready for bed.
