I don't know what the hell a cornish game hen is, but I bought two of them tonight. Now I have to figure out how the hell you are supposed to make them. I'm trying to find some new types of meat to make to mix things up a little bit. I wish that it were summer, then I could start grilling steaks. I just don't feel right doing anything with beef that doesn't involve either grilling, burgers, or roasts. Grilling has to wait, roasts are a bit much for one person, and I don't like to eat burgers more than once a week.

I breaded some pork chops tonight and baked them. They were fantastic!

I really need to find something to do this weekend. I think it's supposed to be nice!
