Еще несколько птиц с Сулавеси / More birds from Sulawesi
В национальном парке Богани-Нани-Вартабоне птиц много, но зелени еще больше (в лесу напротив базы, куда рейнджер водит на экскурсию, есть красивые большие деревья, но полог разрежен, и подлесок буйно разросся). А птицы, живущие в кронах, не только за листвой, но и против света. Никакой инфраструктуры для съемки на уровне крон (вышек, подвесных дорожек и т.п.) в парке нет. Так что снимки под катом будут интересны, наверно, только бердвотчерам.
There are a lot of birds in Bogani Nani Wartabone National Park, but even more greenery. In the forest across the river, where rangers conduct jungle walks, there are beutiful big trees, but the canopy is not as dense as it must have been before, and the undergrowth is wild. And you see the birds living in the canopy aginst the light of the sky. There is no infrustructure (towers, canopy walks etc.) to look at birds at the canopy level in the park. So the pictures under the cut will be interesting probably only to birdwatchers.

А кроме этих сцинков, еще тут есть сцинки с очень яркими синими полосками на хвосте, но шустрые, снять не удалось.

Рэйнджер Хендрик говорит, что и на этой стороне парка можно увидеть бабирусу, но для этого нужно идти "далеко", с ночевкой, беря с собой палатку. В другой раз обязательно. А на другую сторону, на склоны, обращенные в сторону Горонтало, они не водят - потому, говорит, что дорогу не знаем.
