Тибетские макаки Эмейшаня / Tibetan macaques on Mt.Emei
При подъеме и спуске с горы Эмейшань я несколько раз встречал тибетских макак (Macaca thibetana).
In several places on the Mt. Emei trail I met Tibetan macaques (Macaca thibetana).
В нижней части тропы, где много туристов, это аттракцион симбиоза обезьян и фотографов: местные фотографы высыпают на головы туристам крошки, а потом обезьяны их ищут, а фотографы этот процесс фотографируют.
И стоят таблички: не кормите обезьян, чтобы не укусили.
А выше на горе все спокойно, обезьяны выходят из леса и покрывающего обрывы кустарника и сидят в тумане (в облаке) и никого не кусают, хотя, конечно, и не откажутся от печенья, банана или бутылочки сладкого напитка.
On the lower stretch with many tourists it is aт attraction of symbiotic photography: local photographers put bread crumbs on tourists' heads and then the monkeys search for them, while the photographers take pictures.
And there are panels which say "don't feed animals in case of being bitten".
On the upper slopes it is completely different, the macaques come out of the forest or from the small bushes covering the cliffs and sit in the fog (in the cloud in fact) and don't bite anybody, even though they would not refuse a cookie, a banana or a sweet drink.
