Дой-Интханон: птички, кроме нектарниц
Как все-таки мало удается увидеть из того, что оказывается вокруг нас. Знание цифр сотен видов птиц, обитающих в каком-нибудь национальном парке, открывает на это глаза. Наверняка в остальном это так же.

How little we see from what happens to be around us. Knowing the number of bird species inhabiting some national park opens our eyes on it. Surely it's the same in the rest of life.
Blue Whistling-Thrush ( Myophonus caeruleus)
Синяя птица (Myophonus caeruleus), судя по темному клюву это птица китайского подвида на зимних кочевках откуда-нибудь из Сычуани. У местных птиц клювы желтые, как у той, что я видел в Кхао-Чамао
Blue Whistling-Thrush ( Myophonus caeruleus), must be a bird from China on winter migrations, judging by its blackish bill. The local ones have a yellow bill like I saw in Khao Chamao
Полосатогорлая минла / Chestnut-tailed Minla (Minla strigula)
Тот же вид в другом ракурсе. Этих птичек было много по всем опушкам в районе вершины, как и в прошлый раз.
The same species at a different angle. There were a lot of them in all forest edges in the summit area, like the other time.
А вот серебряноухие кустарницы (Garrulax melanostigma), которые тогда были так заметны, в это раз почти все куда-то попрятались.
But the Silver-eared Laughingthrushes (Garrulax melanostigma) that had been so conspicuous at my first visit, were nearly absent this time.
