it is amazing how much praising God can put your whole attitude into one of joy and love. and how it can turn a terrible day into a wonderful one.
the other day jessica and i were walking to class in the pouring rain and i was complaining about the rain, and how i wore the wrong clothes and how far we had to walk b/c jessica mislead me about the parking situation. and all the sudden i stopped and started singing "A New Anointing" and we walked all the way to class singing This is the day that the Lord has made, and we will rejoice and be glad in it. and i went to class smiling and i kept that in my heart all day long.
today i have been listening to this worship cd jacob let me have/i stole and it has made my whole day happy.
changing the way i speak to my friends and the words that come out of our mouths is harder than i expected. good thing God loves us enough to be patient with us.
