Today I bought Joe and Chelsea massage oil that smells so good, I might drink it. Going to weddings is awfully expensive, or at least it is if the weddingers live far away and if you love them and want to spoil them with cadeaux of all kinds. (Still don't know what I owe Erik for our collective effort)
Turner's "Human Institutions" is probably the most stuffy book ever written, and of course since I've slacked off on that reading, now I have to catch up with multiple sections at once. Nooo!
Moving to the Hampton Inn tomorrow, probably, and hopefully my housemates will get into the house on Thursday (while I'm gone, of course). Hurrah for the steam-cleaning of our carpets and for having a super-sympa RHD.
Speaking of which, our first RSA meeting tonight was pretty cool. I'm all about constructive criticism and free food - which was awesome. Heather made a huge salad, green beans, corn, chicken (so yummy of chicken!), rolls, potatoes, and 3 kinds of cookies. Just one more reason to love her. If I had eaten one more caf dinner, I think I might have been ill.
ps, I wonder if drinking massage oil would give you zits? Probably that would be the least of your problems, anyway.
other ps, I bet it gets a million times easier to buy fun wedding gifts for your friends once you're married. How the heck am I supposed to know what they really want? Just hopefully Erik picked up the coffee maker, because everyone needs a cuppa joe in their life... which is an expression I can never use again without thinking of our Fire and Life Safety meeting, and feeling bewildered/slightly hysterical.
