I have to first add something we observed on the first night.
the Dongdaemun area had a bunch of taxis lined up on the outside, pretty normal for a crowded area. granted these taxis weren't at the designated taxi area, so the coppers came after them. tho, instead of actually play the siren at the taxis, ( Read more... )
