with my eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepc!!
and yes, definitely a good idea to bring the eeepc instead~
even if the keyboard is small and caused the keys to shift around a little bit
but it's better than the germen keyboard, where they switched the y and the z
AND i had to look for the apostrophe key.. *shakes fist*
anyway, i'm safely here, sitting on the couch with my eeepc and will be heading out to a small castle/fort thing on top of the hill later
i'll see if i can have pictures XD
though, i will do a summary of my Day 1 in germany
after arriving an hour late on the plane, i sat at the waiting area for the train to come.
contemplated about getting a beer while waiting, but i didn't feel like drinking on an empty stomach yet the food looked displeasing, so i just sat and stared
though, the flight attendant was really awesome. she gave me both a beer and wine when i couldn't decide what i wanted to drink XD a mini buzz helped me to sleep on the plane even better (i was already really tired, too)
once i'm at Bonn, i lugged my suitcase around grocery shopping with
waterm00nand later on we went to buy a dishwasher for their apartment
a little incident happened on the way to the appliance store... i reeeaaallly had to go to the bathroom on the way, except we were already on the bus, but then we got off at the history haus (museum) so i can go. and yeah, thank goodness i went.. or else the fainting story will have to happen again... heh.
walked around downtown Bonn, and it's quite pretty!
and a little bit of a deja vu happened, the streets are empty by 7pm, pretty much the same as when i first arrived madison from taiwan...
taiwan allllways has so many people walking around on the streets that, when i don't see people, it took a min to adjust...
but honestly, it's nice to not have so many people/cars.. the air is very very clean, and that the sky is blue, and it's a nice change from sitting in the office everyday.
