Carolyn,
I felt I had to write you as you're the only one I can trust. Klaus made an unexpected visit here recently, asking for one thing. I gave it to him. The half leaf has been torn once again. He has only one dose and I believe he intends to give it to Sophie. I don't know what he hopes to accomplish as I think she's already made her own stance perfectly clear. However, if he does give it to her, then one can be sure Lucard won't be pleased.
I know I'm asking much here, but can you watch out for him? He's betrayed Lucard before and came away in one piece but this might be his undoing. It's possible that if he breaks away from Lucard's spell, he'll be one step closer to humanity again.
