Conrad had many scars, and many of them brought back memories he’d rather not dwell on. The one above his eye; wars and fights where he lost most of his men. The one around his arm; when he had to betray his king. The ones on his chest and leg; when he finally was able to go back to doing his job and protect Yuuri. The small one along his hand just by his thumb though. That one made him smile. It was due to a Yuuri caused accident when they had been cleaning up in the stables before. They had just had a quiet day together, and though he had gotten that scar then it was mainly an uneventful day. It had been one of the more enjoyable days for him though. That was what Yuuri could do though. He could make a quiet day one of the best. He could somehow keep up and rule the country. And even when he left scars they only brought about happy memories.
