I opened a cabinet door, bent down to check something in the oven, stood up quickly and.... You guessed it. I've got quite an egg on my forehead, but, luckily, fibro did its thing. I can't feel it anymore because of my ridiculous pain threshold. It just all blends together.

I had a fun car adventure yesterday, at work. I'd pulled up to a box, at a slight angle because I would need to go around a parked car when I proceeded. Apparently, I got there at the precise moment a driver across the street was preparing to back out of their lot. I finished delivering the mail, straightened up, caught a glimpse of motion to my left and glanced. There was a caravan backing straight toward the side of my truck. If the driver was using her or her mirrors, I was in the blind spot. If the driver wasn't doing a direct visual check.... I gunned the tiny engine of my truck, roostering my tires and shot out of their blind spot, just squirting out between the caravan and the parked car.

Of course, they honked angrily at me. e_e

Anyway, I went to the dojo that night and it was great. I found myself instructing several of the beginners... and one of the senior students who could not get one particular technique. But when I looked around the mat, saw most the class seated around the sensei demonstrating yet again, I realized he wasn't the only one struggling.

Today, Keith had some Dramah at the workplace, but it will probably settle itself and he's merely the one caught in the middle. Tonight, we went and fetched some more groceries, things we'd forgotten and camping stuff. Right now, I'm mulling some cider and roasting a chicken.
