....wow. The comics are sure trying to rope in female readers.

They sure are! And after they finish roping, they're sent to a butcher and chopped up, put in vacuum packs and then in a fridge. Yay!

Damn right. A woman's place is in the fridge.

This is why I haven't really gotten into comics fandom, ever. Despite occasional awesomeness as represented by my icon.

*hisses and boos at movie mystique* Mystique/Irene and their adopted daughter Rogue was so much cooler. *sulks* We didn't even get fucking Rogue in the movies. *hisses again*

Anyway. I got into comics when I was in my early teens, so I'm doomed. But I know when to drop books that suck, so that's something.

Yup, that sure is original. ::eyeroll::

Note to self: Just stop buying all the damn Batbooks for a while.

I missed the last issue. I don't regret that anymore. Dini or not, I have no faith.

It was the secret Romulan weapon during the war, y'know. They hurled fridges at the Earthmen. But killed all the women, instead.

I remember when that scene was up for "best kiss" at the oscars. I laughed my ass off.

I...don't think I have seen that movie. Or at least not in a long time.

Is that Pfeiffer as Catwoman? Batman Returns, right? Is it worth watching?

...aside from the obvious, I'd like to know why her toes point if she's dead. I mean, I know, DC is driving away women. But really, that's one of the first things I thought of. "What the hell is up with her lower legs? You have to strain to get them in that close to your body when cradle-carried and--are her TOES POINTED?"

I might be a human body geek. >.>

In comics, women's lower legs are permanently paralyzed in the "high heel" pose. It like, y'know, foot-binding; they grow that way.
