Sometimes I was wandering about some FB groups/pages about "virtual flea markets". It includes at some phone sites too. Many people put ads in these sites to earn some money, selling second handed clothes, bag, accessories, books, magazines, CDs and DVDs. I agree with them when they sell them because the size is not the same, getting fat, getting slim, to need some space in home...
About selling clothes, bags, shoes... many of us used to buy clothes when the shops do the bargain sales, with a lot of discounts and offers. Specially in outlets, where the prices are almost 90% more cheaper than the same normal shop. Or when we have the famous "fukubukuro", where a bag contains a some amount of stuffs with a very very very small price! But, the problem about the "fukubukuro" is when some clothes don't match with your size (although the bag indicates the size, but you don't know WHAT is in it). I had to confess that I have to sell many clothes because the model and the size don't fit in me. I'm in my ideal weight, but the problem that my compleition is a slight chubby (but my chest is almost flat!) and my hips... well, I'm not soooooo fat as I thought.
I don't criticize people who sell things because they need some money or/and to have some free space in their homes. Or because they don't wear/use anymore but they know that others can need it, or to wear it.
Books and magazines, I agree, too. Because there's always someone that want them. Some mangas that I bought in the second hand store, I sold them at the same store chain, because some years ago, I needed some amount of money. But I know that I can buy them again and more cheaper.
When I read some ads in the FB groups selling stuffs, specifically JE stuffs, some of them break my heart. If they sell them, well, I don't mind it, because I let them do what they want to do, but when they say the reason why they're selling them...
"They're turned boring"
"I'll not pay to this s*** anymore, I prefer other kind of artist"
"I lost my interest for them"
.... and many more.
At least, they should say it at the private message for the people who asks.
Really, when I'll sell my things, I don't tell for anybody. As I usually do.
Well, that's what I think. Each people, each thought.
People is free to do what they want with their stuff. Well... to say what they want too, but sometimes makes me sad.
