There's a lot of stupid people in this drunk town
Earlier this evening I was sitting in my rooming goofing off on the internet as I usually do about that time of evening when I hear my downstairs neighbor pull up. She got out of her car, shut the door, and started walking down the hill to her apartment. About 10 seconds later I hear her say, "Oh no." Not screaming or yelling or anything, just calming saying 'oh no' like she'd left something in the car. Asecond or two after that, I heard a large thud, and the entire building shook.
I looked out the window and saw nothing but said neighbor. (granted it was dark out and very light inside). Then about 10 seconds later I hear a car start up. As I look outside still curious as to what the loud noise was, I see neighbor's car being backed up the hill away from the building.
Yes ladies and gentlemen smart-pants neighbor of mine apparently left her car in neutral on a hill. And it crashed into our apartment building.
Once car was safely restored to parking lot neighbors gets out laughing about incident.
*rolls eyes* some people amaze me! I hereby declare Feb 15th and National Stupidity Day!
