Earthquake!!!
Was innocently sitting on my sofa last night when I noticed my Xmas tree was swaying quite a bit more than was justified. Then realised it was an earthquake, and had that anxious moments wait to discover if it was just a small one or if it was gonna be trouble :-o
Luckily it was quite far away (although large there 6.8), so no damage here. In fact most people in Christchurch didn't even feel it.
Because I love them, here's the trace of the quake at the source....
And then here by me....
Quite the excitement just before Xmas!!
