Key Lime Pie

SO Delicious. I made it. Without actual key limes. Mm mm good.

5 persian limes (for fresh juice)
5 medium egg yolks
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
4 teaspons lime zest (grated lime peel)

poured into a graham cracker crust

baked for 15 min at 375 F

Chilled in the fridge for four hours

Topped with coolwhip...

...then frozen.

Yummy.
