• 2 apple
• 2 ribs celery
• 4 leaves romaine lettuce
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup coconut or regular water

Day 28 - Young and Raw Smoothie of the Day Recipe: Pink Mango Dream Smoothie

• 1 cup mango
• 1 cup strawberry
• 2 cups spinach
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup coconut or regular water

Day 27 Young and Raw Smoothie of the Day Recipe: Cinnamon Anti-Oxidant Rich Green Smoothie

• 1 cups blueberries - frozen or fresh
• 1 cup pineapple - frozen or fresh
• 2 cups greens of choice
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 cup coconut water or regular water

i am so annoyed with lj for not allowing me to post day 25 last night and ruining my perfect streak of managing to post about each smoothie on the proper day, no matter what.  well, the 'no matter what' part doesn't work if the freaking site won't allow it.
