*haz a tired*
well, i finished the story i had to get done, and it is now resting with my wonderful beta, lady_karelia , who deserves - i don't know what, something really good though - for agreeing to beta it in the midst of her moving preparations. and clairvoyant12 deserves something almost as awesome for all her hand-holding and cheerleading and alpha-reading and such. not sure i could have made it to the end without her help and encouragement. it turned out to be nearly 9,000 words, when i meant to write maybe 5,000. for that i blame the power of lady_karelia 's imperius curse. she kept imperiusing me to write longer things, and now it's hard for me to write short any more. *sigh*
i am tired. i have no idea how much i wrote today - i cleverly deleted the word count from the file, and also all notes and such, without noting how much i'd done - but i'm pretty sure it was in the neighborhood of 2000 words. and i can't even go back to the file and just count up what i wrote today, because i'm so zonked i don't remember what i wrote last night and what was from today. lol. but at least it's done, and i like it pretty well, considering how rushed i was, so i'm happy. and tired. did i mention that?
