I am feeling better and started my exercise routine back up this morning, which felt really good. I jogged ( my knees do not like running) 4 miles and stretched after that. It felt good to have those endorphins flowing again!

I am house sitting for a friend here at Greenlake. I am not particularly fond of this area, what with the uber rich and their strollers stuffed with spoiled children.
