I've finally figured out that I'm too old for this nursing school thing. This week has been annoying as fuck. Yesterday, we took a quiz. This ditz spills her 16 oz. coffee on her quiz, and all over the floor. The class and the teacher thought it was HEE LAR IOUS and we had to take an extra 10 minutes to get the little missy a new exam. Seriously, I think I'm too much of an old crone to think this was funny. All I was thinking was how fucking annoying it was and that we were wasting 10 minutes that could have been filled with badly needed lecture to explain things like complement and T cell receptors.
I felt like crying yesterday. I felt like I was all wrong for nursing school. I hated every one of my classmates. (Well, except for a handful of people, like Dalin and Carly)I hate it sometimes because school is just like high school, only more expensive.
No, I'm not quitting. I'm just venting and feeling extremely sorry for myself lately. Fuck.
I went to the dentist today to get my teeth cleaned. Sore...because I have been grinding them again and not wearing my mouth guard. My molar in the back will probably need a 3rd root canal.Sweet.
For my birthday, we're going bowling on Roxbury and eating at the new pizza parlor in White Center. perfect!
Ok. I'm going to read new issues of Bust and Bitch and start reading my text at 2pm.
Oh, and Theo is really sick.
