What the hell, App Store!?

I've recently gotten an iPhone 3GS and I've been going pretty crazy with the apps. After reading TFLN on my phone (and yes bought the $ 0.99 app, I pay for convenience and cohesion in information relay) I decided it would be best to hunt down a very specific kind of app: one that details emergencies college-age youth (or those who behave like college age youth) are prone to experience. Be it drug overdoses, addiction, mental illness, trouble with police/debt/dean/roommates, sexually transmitted infections, surprise pregnancies and sexual assault/stalkers.

To my initial surprise and subsequent "why did I think that would exist" no such app was available in the apps store. With some consideration, there isn't a single guide available to anyone that would help detail what to do in these tense and trying times.

I've decided I'm going to write up such a guide.
