I don't know how to say "that's a matter of opinion." I think. -> the easiest way would be, Я не думаю так. I don't think that way/I don't think so. Это моё (личное) мнение - That's my (personal) opinion.

*giggles* Indeed. I'm not sure they'll have time to surf... but, there's a whole day of personal time, so maybe!

Jeff Bridges! Babylon 5! Good times! ... wait. Shaddup, Flynn.

*adds those phrases in, mm*

Yup! And it's California and most of those places are coastal cities. So.

XD *dying here* I really need to add more icons to my personal journal.

So. Yesh! Of course, one day is probably not nearly enough to learn to surf, but hey. ;) for those who already know.

:P~~~~

For those who already know, they could if they wanted to!

You don't want to know what I'm thinking about that icon right now. Alan certainly doesn't.

You know, I had a Sony Ebook reader and I loved it (till it broke) but my boyfriend converted me to the ipad. It's wonderful as a reader and it does a lot more functions than a Kindle. It would be a bit more expensive though. Just something to ponder.

But the real reason I wanted to tag in here was to fangirl over True Grit so ...

OMFG IT WAS AMAZING! I SAW IT TWICE ALREADY AND WOULD LOVE TO SEE IT AGAIN. THE CAST WAS GREAT AND I LOVED THE STORY. YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY GO IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE.

Ahem.

/fangirl.

The problem with the iPad is that I already have a netbook and an iPod touch, both of which do mostly the same things that I would need of an iPad. I'm not sure I can really justify spending that much more on something that I would only use for wordprocessing (for which a netbook is probably still better suited to me) or little note-taking or list-keeping details (for which I can use the iPod Touch I already have). That said, if I do end up having to replace both of those in rapid succession, I might just get an iPad. Or... not, really, I kind of like the way a netbook functions, whereas an iPad you can only really do one thing at a time, almost. Decisions.

AHAHAHAHAHAHA! I saw the previews and things, it did look really good, and I do love both Matt Damon and Jeff Bridges as actors. Especially now that I'm becoming more aware of Jeff Bridges as an actor instead of a "oh, I recognize that name."

Is it possible to overdose on Jeff Bridges? I ♥ him with a fierce, mad passion.

I could have sworn I heard him on the Hyundai commercial the other day.

Although if he's doing Hyundai commercials, then no, I have not yet overdosed on him.

You can beat someone to death with a KA? You're really, really strong. ;)

You know, I actually looked up the weight of a KitchenAid to see if I could? I probably could! It's no heavier than the buckets of chemicals I haul around the store sometimes. Assuming the listed weight on Amazon is correct. If not, I'm in trouble. ;)

KA's really awkward to lug. Buckets have a convenient handle, or a nice cylindrical shape.

The handle's only convenient until it starts cutting into my hand while the customer dithers over where they were parked. Rarr. Next time I hold it in arms instead.

I'm going to have to pick up the KA next time I'm at the farm, if I don't have mine yet, and see.

I think this is going to become an Experiment.
