Cetaphil makes some sort of SPF moisturizer. I don't know what's in it though (I have it at home). So maybe that?

I wish I could help. I just use Oil of Olay.

I just looked at the Cetaphil (spf 15 and 50) and compared labels to the Aveeno facial items at the store. Similar but different, so I may try it sometime. I wish I could use Olay, but it's *too* moisturizing and I wind up greasy. I hate my skin. :P

I have the same trouble with Olay, but add in severe break-outs.

The best one I've found is Neutrogena's sensitive skin moisturizer + sunblock. I don't know how different it is from the other formulations you've tried, but my skin is pretty sensitive and I don't have issues with it.
