So I had a pretty good weekend. Went out to dinner with friends on Friday night to Philly Avenue (mmmmm poutine) and they absolutely loved all the food (Ray and I have been recruiting and have been succeeding). Then had a Buffy marathon on Saturday and worked on a birthday present for Ray's mum (I'll have pics of that when it's done too

OH, it was a fabulous day! We had so much fun and we went and picked up some cherries at the farmer's market on the way back.

OOOOOOOOOOO You'll have to send me an e-mail or put up a huge post telling of your other adventures overseas! Please! Now I want that handful of wool just so I can put it in a scrapbook or something! *lols* I'd certainly try to knit something for you if I had it - they had these tiny baby mittens all knitted up, no thumb-holes either, but they were so cute!

I believe you don't need to ask if I bought yarn.... cause the answer will always be YES!!! LOL I bought 4 skeins of creamy alpaca wool that I'm going to make into a lace scarf from the Debbie Bliss Celtic collection!! Looks easy enough and it'll go with my nice chocolate brown winter coat :D

No, I don't know her, but maybe I'll drop her a line and compare notes on all things gaming and knitting!
