"Did you get that from Sweet Lime?"

Hey all! Hope everyone is having a Happy Easter and plans on stuffing themselves silly either tonight or tomorrow. It'll be tomorrow for me :D Going over to Nana's for Eater Dinner but it's a shame cause Ray has to work (I know WTF?). Still, it's ok, I'll bring him a plate.

Anyway, been feeling a little better lately. We've been cleaning a lot and each time we uncover a little bit more surface area and find more storage space, I start to feel more comfortable in my own house. I organized all the magazines yesterday and looked through a few issues of 'Canadian Home and Country' and I think I've found the colours that I'd like in the kitchen... instead of the freaky 'out of a Steven King novel' fruit patterned wallpaper that's been up for the past 6 years! Blech. We have white cupboards and baseboards and everything so I found kind of silvery-mossy blue and greens and in the magazine they give you the name of the paint so there's no troubles. That and they have this stone coating for countertops so it'd be really cheap to redo the countertops to match!!! I'm really quite excited and want to show Ray the colours.... I only hope I have the bit o money to do it with soon! Cause that would be awesome!

We've been watching a lot of movies lately too... some of which need to be brought back today but still - Dragon Wars was good, kind of like a Godzilla movie with a very high budget. I Am Legend made me want to go outside for a walk cause there's only so much post-apocolypse stuff I can watch. Southland Tales, even though it was written and directed by the same guy who did Donnie Darko, was just too wierd for me... and had way too many people in it. But The Darjeeling Limited... while a little slow, was classic Wes Anderson and I absolutely loved it!!! It makes me want to watch The Life Aquatic, and I almost did at 11pm last night. But tiredness took over so... yeah, might watch it today though if I do some laundry.

Anyway, I hope everyone is doing well!!! *hugs to all*
