"Who'm I gonna play Jenga with?"
*sniffle, bawls, sniffle again* Oh, someone stop me please! Ray and I are in full-blown 'OC' watching mode, averaging a disc a night and last night, was 'The Goodbye Girl' in which Anna leaves Newport, and they've got 'Nada Surf' singing the cover of OMD's 'If you leave' and I just lose it...every time, never fails! Especially when Cohen goes and bangs his hands on the plexiglass..."ANNA!!! ANNA!!!!" .....*sniffles* I love it, so good, so sad but so good.
Anyway, that was my night, besides cooking with all 4 burners on the stove going...and we had this great peaches and cream corn from St. Davids (a village in Niagara-on-the-Lake)...People, it was cornographic!!! So sweet, so tender each kernel popped in your mouth and uber-butteriffic!!! I couldn't get enough! It surpassed my steak ('you'll eat it bloody to feed your blood') and outdid the mashed topatoes! Good dinner, full, laughing, crying at the OC...it was a good night.
And Ray and I had mutual jealousy at most of my friends on the net getting to go to school, or going back to school. Ray's v. sad that he never finished ...and kind of jealous of me a little for completing and getting a diploma and such. We were brainstorming last night and he said it's feasible for me to go back to school cause my schedule is set, his isn't. Which is true, I could go back at night and weekends...and I looked into it, and there's even home programs offered at Niagara College. *hmmms* We'll see, right now it's an idea built from jealousy...I could easily turn it into ambition but, the finances. It'll take planning but I was thinking about getting the certificate for Web Design.
Anyway, enough of my ramblings and little daydreams. Just trying to get through the day by accomplishing something...anything, I've started, I just have to keep going...which the coffee my mom got me this morning is still doing. Good thing I didn't get a large...yeesh....this would all be even-harder-to-understand-gibberish!
But everyone have a good day, I must relent to the wills, and eat something other than drinking a coffee. :D
ETA: DM and I don't know what to have for lunch so, as an appetizer, we had an Ontario peach...each...and as Chris would say on 'Food Jammers' "That tasted debaucherous." XD
