Alphonse treaded back to the room after his final class for the week, in the meantime wondering to do with the weekend-- which, this term, started early for him. He pushed the door open, tossed some of his stuff where they needed to be, then decided to see if there was any school work he needed to finish before doing anything else.

Summer was slowly but surely coming to an end, but Alphonse had every intention of enjoying the blistering heat it while it lasted.

Last week he had cheesecake-- today, he had cinnamon rolls. While he liked those better than the cake and was eating them, he still had plenty to share. The door was open should anyone decide to drop by.

As planned, Alphonse was leaned against a tree around the edge of the forest, waiting for Pippi. Earlier he may have just came to waste time, but now he thought he could use the distraction. It was a nice day, afterall.

Unlike most people involved in a certain group from the night before, Alphonse was not hung over. Alphonse stayed true to his word and didn't even bother waking up. Well, until really late into the day, anyway. And even then, he still didn't want to get out of bed, feeling content with simply huddling under his bedsheets.

It would take one heck of a force to get him out.

Finally, the constant downpour had ceased according to the weather report. Alphonse was underneath a large tree in case Mother Nature decided to change her mind, standing with his back against the tree; the grass was still wet, and he'd rather keep getting wet to a minimum.

He stared up quietly at the sky, almost as if he were ( waiting for something. )

The first thing Alphonse did upon entering his room was plop his suitcase in the middle of the floor and fall right into his bed. It had been an eventful weekend and equally exhausting ride back to Fandom, but hey, he made it.

He had to admit, it was good to be back.
