The first thing Alphonse did upon entering his room was plop his suitcase in the middle of the floor and fall right into his bed. It had been an eventful weekend and equally exhausting ride back to Fandom, but hey, he made it.

He had to admit, it was good to be back.

Pippi tried the door and was pleased to find it open.

Slowly she opened the door and was greeted with the sight of Al unpacking.

"Oh! Al! ... I didn't think there was anybody in here." she said truthfully.

"Nope, haven't seen him around yet," Alphonse said. He didn't think much of it, being gone and all, so she could've been wanting to pull a prank for some reason he didn't know about. "I had a lot of fun! We met up with some friends I haven't seen in a long time."

"Oh. Ah, no, no one else has either." Alphonse fell quiet for a moment. "It's been fairly safe back home for a few years now."

Alphonse gave her a slight look, but only for a second. "No, it happened through a transmutation, or so it's assumed... I honestly don't know; I guess you could say it's like falling alseep one moment and waking up the next, only to have four years come and go in an instant."
