A potential solution might be to make large batches of m. butter to use instead of smoking! I can photocopy the instructions from my m. cook book for you!!!

i have a good recipe for butter.
but i don't think i like the high as much.

yeah normally, but this is house is SO OLD (from the 1800's) and is treated as a historical building (there are weird rules about outdoor space and paint and things like that) so i don't know.
