High Fructose Corn Syrup: Links to type II Diabetes, other metabolic issues, and other health issues. Also, environmental impact and bioethical issues with the growing and processing to get the HFCS. Is it produced by genetically modified corn? What's the environmental impact of the crop? Is it related to the corn used in the growing ethanol industry?
I'm looking for hard numbers, studies, research, and sources to cite.
