I have discovered a new strategy for keeping to schedule. Nephew/niece-nagging.
My niece and nephew are visiting. "Come play with us, oh wonderful kitten with the love of exploration!" they said. I had to tell them, "Sadly, dear ones, my work makes demands of me. My mind must address the problems the big bossman has set before me. It is to work I must tend."
Later I go back to the room they are in for a moment. A moment that extends into minutes. "Shouldn't you be working?" "Didn't you say you had work to do?" "Is this a break?" "Are you going back to your work now?" "Why are you still here?"
