(no subject)
Okay, so. After watching the clip for Monday's episode of Shenanigans in Hawaii all I can think about are ALL the AUs of those horrible amazing movies from the 80s/90s that I still kind of love because I'm a terrible person like that.
You know the ones I'm talking about, right? (Turner and Hooch, K-9, um. I can't actually think of any others at the moment, but believe me when I say these kinds of movies are an entire subcategory of the buddy cop genre.) Where the dog is the key witness to some crime and the Main Character has to look after the dog, or. Like. Something? IDK.
Mostly I am picturing Steve and Danny having to protect this dog from bad dudes who want to kill it (him?) because the dog can ID them and Steve being all, ">:( STUPID DOG, WHY IS DANNY PAYING MORE ATTENTION TO YOU THAN ME?" And Danny being all, ":DDDD DOGGY! \o/" and then, like, Danny getting kidnapped by the bad dudes because, um, Reasons, and Steve and the dog declaring a truce in order to rescue Danny and then. I don't even know, I'm on hour who knows how long without sleep. It's a miracle this post isn't complete gibberish. :D?
