Spending multiple hours hunting around the internets trying to piece together a semi-workable timeline for a fic (at one point I was tempted to be just be all "It's an AU, I can do what I want! No one will question an AU! Mwahahaha!") was frighteningly reminescent of writing a research paper for school. Maniacal laughter included, because seriously. Who hasn't done that once or twice, right? Ahahaha...
Also. I have no idea if they've ever declared themselves to be mortal enemies (one never knows), but I would love it if Patrick and Jason Mraz did a song together. Love, as in sell various internal organs love.
