Day 2
Did you know that some ketchup has high fructose corn syrup in it? Well I didn’t. Two days in and I had to give K a dollar for screwing up (money as a motivator, it could work). Blast, I have tried to be so careful. I do have to say that my energy level is much more consistent during the day and the 3:00 ‘I want a nap’ did not happen yesterday.
Erasure was fantastic. Wish it would have lasted a bit longer but you have to love a band that uses purple sparkly astroturf stairs as a main stage prop. They didn’t play many of the ABBA covers, boo, but I heard most of my favorites. The opening band was good even if I was mesmerized by the lead singers ‘girl pants’.
Ok, back to work, I would love to actually close the month out today since some genus decided to put me in an all day training class on the FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH. (Thanks for that. Hope everyone is ok with getting the reports a few days late).
